A Small Beginning, A Brighter Future
In the heart of an industrial area of Haridwar, where people from Uttarakhand and many other states come in search of work and better opportunities, we discovered a challenge that touched our hearts deeply. Many families living in this area were struggling to provide their young children with access to quality elementary education.
During our visits to the community, we noticed many young children spending their days at home instead of attending school. Concerned about their future, we reached out to their parents to understand the reasons behind this situation. Their answers revealed a painful reality: there was no accessible school nearby where they could send their children to begin their educational journey.
For us, this was more than a challenge; it was a call to action. We believe that every child, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances or place of origin, deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, dream, and build a better future.
With this vision and a deep commitment to serving the community, our Society took the initiative to establish CED Chauli School. What began as an effort to address a local educational need has become a source of hope for families who longed to see their children enter a classroom.
Today, we are delighted to share that 68 children have enrolled in our school, where they are receiving quality education in a caring, supportive, and encouraging environment. Their smiles, curiosity, enthusiasm, and growing confidence remind us every day why this mission matters.
Every child who enters our school brings a dream. Every new word learned, every lesson understood, and every small achievement represents a step towards a brighter future. We are proud to see these young learners beginning their educational journeys and discovering the joy of learning.
Our work, however, is only the beginning. We aspire to create an environment where children develop not only academic knowledge but also confidence, discipline, kindness, creativity, and respect for others. We want our school to become a place where children feel safe, valued, loved, and inspired to achieve their full potential.
This journey would not be possible without the trust and cooperation of parents, the dedication of our school staff, and the commitment of our Society and its board members. Together, we are working towards a shared dream: ensuring that no child in our community is left behind simply because educational opportunities are out of reach.
